Scheduling Policies
Cancellation policies
A credit card is necessary for scheduling and will be securely stored for cancellations. A cancellation fee of $75 applies to cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.
Payment policy
For self pay clients we will provide a superbill for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. We can accept cash, personal check, all major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards as forms of payment.
